To start working with me, please schedule a free 20‑minute consultation where we can explore whether it feels like a good fit to work together.
After that, you can schedule one‑hour or thirty‑minute sessions. If you’re on the five‑session plan, you can book five separate one‑hour sessions, ideally one to two weeks apart.

Payment
If we decide to continue after the free consultation, I’ll send the payment details. I accept Zelle, bank bill‑pay, or paper check. These are direct options that don’t involve credit cards. If you’re paying over time, we can set up a simple, automatic arrangement that runs in the background.
Group programs
If you’re interested in one of my group programs, please send me an email to let me know. I gather interest first, and once there’s a small group, I’ll schedule the program and open it on my calendar.
